Regulatory

Loea products operate in the upper (70/80GHz) millimeter wave spectrum which is shared by the Federal Government and Private Sector for licensed usage. The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) is the regulatory body for all users except the Federal Government which is regulated by the NTIA (National Telecommunications and Information Agency).  Loea was the principal architect of the FCC usage rules.  The FCC and the NTIA coordinate all deployments to protect against interference.  The US Army also requires certification from its TIC (Technology Integration Center). 

Loea was the first company to receive equipment certifications from the FCC, NTIA and TIC on all of its products.
