Bio of Debbie Doyle

Ms. Deborah Doyle is an experienced financial expert serving as Controller and Treasurer of Trex Enterprises Corporation and its subsidiaries.  Ms. Doyle oversees all financial functions of the company including maintaining the finances for Trex’s spin-off companies: Loea Corporation, CrossFiber Inc., Silicon Kinetics Inc., e-Phocus Inc., and Sago Systems Inc.  She works closely with the CEO of Trex Enterprises and the CEO of the various subsidiaries creating financial strategies to obtain desired revenue gains.  She establishes quarterly budgets and provides weekly financial briefings to Trex’s executive team.  She provides investors with financial updates and regularly presents to the various Boards of Directors for Trex and its subsidiaries.  She has implemented proper authority and financial information access procedures.  She has been instrumental in cutting costs and reducing company expenses ultimately improving the company’s bottom line.  She oversees the accounting and finance departments as well as contracts, purchasing, publishing and government property.

The majority of Ms. Doyle’s early career in finance, accounting and administration began at Thermo Electron Corporation (Tecogen Division & Thermo Power Corporation Subsidiary) from 1984 through 2000 where over the years she held the positions of Controller, Human Resources Manager, and Accountant.  She reported directly to the CEO all aspects of the finances within the $300M public subsidiary as well as all significant issues relating to Human Resources.  She worked parallel with the CEO and management team to implement operating strategies for production, inventory control, warranty and service. She assisted with the sale of Tecogen in November 2000 by presenting the company’s financial history and forecasts to potential buyers.  She also prepared for the company’s IPO.   In addition to working at Thermo Electron, Ms. Doyle worked as Director of Finance and Administration at Adalive, a high-tech start-up, and as a consultant.

Ms. Doyle received her MBA from Bentley College in 1991 with a concentration in Finance.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1984 from Boston College School of Management with a concentration in Accounting.
